PADI Enriched Air Nitrox

Using enriched air (nitrox) instead of standard air while diving allows you to extend your no-decompression limits, meaning you can stay underwater longer. For instance, if you dive to a depth of 15 meters (50 feet), your no-decompression limit is 80 minutes; however, using EANx 36 extends that limit to 120 minutes—an increase of 40 minutes. The PADI Enriched Air Diver specialty course focuses on the theory and practical considerations associated with diving using enriched air.
