General Terms:

1. If you receive goods that you are not completely satisfied with you can return goods to us and exchange with other products provided the goods are returned and received by us in perfect resalable condition and in their original, undamaged packaging within 7 days of you receiving your order.

2. Please note, we are not liable for the cost of returning goods to us if the return of goods is not relating to quality issue.

3. Please check the goods thoroughly upon receiving the goods, and email us immediately if there is any problem.

4. Usually, it is very difficult to tell what the right size is for BCD and Wetsuit items. You can ask us if you don't know which size is fit you the best. However, our suggestion is for your reference only because it is based on you weight and height. Still, you have the right to make your final decision and we are not liable for the cost of returning goods to us if the return of goods due to size not fit. 

5. The stock level is changing everyday depending on the sales of on-line and physical store, please ask us the stock availability first before you place the order. 

6. All prices in our online shop are for purchasing in online shop only. Sometimes, there are price differences between this online shop and our store. However, if you settle the payment by PAYPAL or ALIPAY, you can self pick-up the goods in our store. 

7. If you would like to pick up the goods at our store, please mention in your order and state clearly about the pick-up date, collector's name and contact details. For your best interests, the collector needs to show his/her I.D. proof. (e.g. ID card or passport)
