Use of and the sale and purchase of products from this website are governed by the Terms and Conditions as detailed below. Your use of this website confirms your agreement to these Terms and Conditions.

Payment

Paypal and Alipay are accepted if the payment is paid online.

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Union Pay and EPS if goods are picked up in our store.

Payment must be made with order unless otherwise agreed in writing. 

Delivery 

All delivery prices are for Hong Kong addresses. 

We use the Post Office delivery service for smaller items and couriers for all other items. Parcels may require signature on delivery. 

We aim to dispatch all orders within 21 working days of receiving the order. Where personalised items have been ordered, please allow an additional 14 working days. In the event of a delay, we will contact the customer via email. Please allow 5 – 7 working days for deliveries after receiving an email confirmation of your order having been dispatched. 

We accept no liability for goods delayed in transit. We are not liable for goods arriving late - it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that goods are ordered in sufficient time for the date that the items are required for. Should you require an urgent delivery, please contact us and we will do all we can to meet your needs. This may be subject to an extra carriage charge. 

We accept no liability for goods lost in transit. If your order has not arrived within 15 working days of receiving our email dispatched confirmation and we have not notified you of any delays, please contact us via email with confirmation of your delivery address. In the case of non-delivery, where delivery details provided are correct, we will seek compensation from the Post Office or courier service, and offer the customer a full refund or replacement goods. If we are told of a non-delivery more than 21 days after the date of dispatch, a refund will not be given, nor will replacement goods be sent. 

Returns  (non-personalised goods only) 

We take time and care to put all orders together and hope that you are delighted with your purchase therefore we advise that you check your purchase within 3 working days after you receive your order. 

If you receive goods that you are not completely satisfied with you can return goods to us and receive a refund for the full purchase price provided the goods are returned and received by us in perfect resalable condition and in their original, undamaged packaging within 7 days of you receiving your order. We reserve the right to withhold a percentage of the refund value of returned goods if they are not in suitable condition for resale at their original purchase price. 

We advise that you contact us by email within 3 days of receiving your order should you wish to return goods. 

If an item is damaged, does not work or has been sent in error please contact us by email within 24 hours of receiving the delivery to arrange a replacement or refund. 

Please note, we are not liable for the cost of returning goods to us unless this has been agreed in advance. We recommend that proof of dispatch is obtained or an insured delivery method is used in case of loss in transit. We accept no responsibility for returned items until they are on our premises. We will send email confirmation to you once we have received the returned items. 

Full or partial refunds will be in the form of the original method of payment. If a refund by the original payment method is not possible it may be necessary to make this in the form of cheque. 

Returns (personalised goods only) 

We are unable to offer a refund for printed and personalised items unless an error has been made by Diving Adventure Ltd, in this case we will offer a full refund or have the item remade and redelivered to you at no extra cost. We cannot accept responsibility for incorrect details, misspelt words etc. on order forms completed and submitted by the customer. We advise that customers check all details prior to submitting an order, we cannot offer refunds as a result of errors made by the customer. 

Ordering Errors 

You are able to correct errors on your order up to the point at which you click on "submit" or “make payment” on the final page of our ordering process. If you do not wish to proceed, then please abandon the order at this stage and no further action will be taken. You may however proceed with a new order should you wish to. Should you realize that an error has been made after the order process and you wish to make changes please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our utmost to accommodate changes and will advise if a refund or an extra charge needs to be made. 


Stock Availability/Specification 

All items on this website are subject to product availability. We will advise, where possible, on our website when an item is running low or temporarily out of stock. We will notify you by e-mail should there be a problem with your order. 

All possible care has been taken to ensure that every item shown on our web site is accurately described and constantly update pictures to display our products, but as manufacturers continue to modify and improve their products, they may vary slightly from the image or description. Where a change is made, we will supply a product of similar quality and price. All weights, dimensions and capacities are approximates only. All colours are shown are as close to the actual products as possible. 

Suitability/Safety 

We are not liable for personal injury caused by any of the products sold on this website. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that goods bought from Diving Adventure Ltd are given to children of a suitable age. Scuba Diving needs special training and should not be used without training. 

Every reasonable care is taken to ensure that products are suitable for the use intended and described accordingly. . 

Please ensure the safe disposal of plastic bags which can pose a risk of suffocation to small children.
