1. Diving Adventure (DA) will not provide any visual correction mask to the applicant.

2. Lunch fee is excluded in the course fee. Applicant should let pay the lunch fee to DA prior to have the open water training, otherwise DA will not provide food on board. Exception for applicant who use DA Board Pass for open water training.

3. DA will only provide the normal size wetsuit (XS, S, M, L, and XL) to the applicant.

4. During the training, the applicant will be liable for any loss of or damage to DA equipment caused by the applicant.

5. For safety, applicant should consider to prepare their own safety equipments during the open water training, such as gloves & knife, torches or reserve lights for advanced open water training.

6. Applicant who absence, sick or late from attendance and result to postpone or cancellation of the training activities, DA might charge the additional fees to applicant. Pool : HK$500.00 up, Open Water Training : HK$700.00 up.

7. Applicant should be in good physical health, any conceal applicant’s Medical History from DA, and DA will not take any responsibility on it.

8. Instructor or DA reserves the right of decision to terminate the course for safety reason if the student is not in good health condition.

9. No refund, cancellation or postponement once enrollment is confirmed.

10. Applicant should complete the enroll course within half year, if not, DA reserves the final right of decision to terminate the course without refund the course fees.

11. Applicant should be able to swim before the course enrollment, any conceal from DA for this requirement, DA reserves the right to terminate the course without refund the course fees.

12. Please take good care for your all belongs, DA take no responsibility for all .

13. Pets are not allowed on board.

14. DA reserves the right of decision to change the instructor, course timetable and location in particular condition.

15. DA always put safety in first priority, applicant must obey to the rules and regulations and follow instructor's instructions, entering the water without permission is not allowed. DA reserves the right to withdraw the student from the course without refund the course fees if there is any violations.

16. Applicant must participate in all scheduled training on time, DA reserve the right of decision to issue certificate due to incompletion of the course.

17. All diving courses conducted by DA follow the international standards and
regulations, all courses have different requirements and evaluation standards, if the participant could not reach the requirements, water test or final exam in provided time, DA reserves the right of decision to issue certificate. Participant could decide to take extra-lessons or not. Certificate will only be issued to participant who fulfilled all the requirements to ensure the safety of the participant following the course standards.
